is there any way to read the responding info in iMessage by applescript?

Hi,guys

In the iMessage UI ,aftersending a message to a friend , we'll receive a corresponding info like "Sent" or "Read" ,like the pic here.

my question is ,how to read this message in applescript ? I would like to write a script to auto send replying info to the guy who's read my going message ?

Is there any way ?
