Finder 100% CPU

Bonjour,

je suis sur macbook pro fin 2008, 8Go RAM et depuis la mise à jours sur mountain lion (10.8.4) mon finder prend plus de 100% de CPU alors que l'ordi ne fait rien de spécial (aucun logiciel ouvert, pas de péripherique branché, ni plein de fenetres ouvertes).

Dés que j'ouvre le finder, le moniteur d'activité montre qu'il itulise de 80 à 110% de la CPU.

Consequence: le mac chauffe / Le ventilo se met en route / Je ne peux plus prendre un fichier et le deplacer... bref tout est très lent. Je ne peux donc pas utiliser mon mac!!!

Les actions que j'ai effectué:

-Relancer le finder

-eteindre et ralumer le mac

-réparer les autorisations

-analyse avec cleanMyMac

-analyse avec Onyx

-J'ai dropbox en démarage + autres (une palette graphique et mon imprimante) d'ailleurs impossible de les supprimer au démarrage!!!

Mais rien n'y fait.

Que faire?

Get rid of CleanMyMac. It is worthless and will do more harm than good.

Do you have any other third party 'cleaning' or 'performance enhancing applications' such as MacKeeper? If so get rid of them.

Run an Apple Hardware Test to see if there are any H\hardware issues. You may have to start it with the OPTION & D keys.

If nothing is found, I would reinstall the Operating System.

The AHT does not work on my macbook pro. (by pressing D and also with "Alt + D")

If you get the original installation disks, one of them will have the Apple Hardware Test instructions written on it. If you use that, you will be able to run it.

Also try starting up in safe mode and see what impact that has:

If it is normal, then there is a third party problem which has to be found.

I installed Mountain Lion with Apple store (no cd). When buying macbook pro there was no CD.
In safe mode the Finder uses only 10% of the CPU. The problem has disappeared.
How to identify the problematic extension?

Do not concern your self about your English. You are doing just fine.

That means that there is a third party software that is causing this problem.

Copy all third party applications to an external HDD.

Then uninstall and deleted them from your MBP.

If there are just a few, add them one at a time. When the problem reoccurs, then you have identified the culprit.

Thank you for your attention on the subject.
I started to remove the latest software installed and the Finder no longer consumes 70% of the CPU up from time to time. I will continue the process.
Just to know, what is the average percentage of the CPU consumption for the finder when you open one or two windows?

I am not certain that I can give you a definitive answer. But as I respond to you I have Activity Monitor open and Finder is showing 0.0% to 0.1%. I am certain that there will be situations where Finder will utilize more resources, but 100% is certainly out of line. Here is a display of Activity Monitor from my MBP:

It seems that my problem was DROPBOX. I took off my boot and Finder has become less greedy.
