If I have all my PDFs uploaded to the cloud through iTunes, can I select which pdfs from my iOS devices are downloaded? Then can I delete them from my iOS device and have the option to re-download later?

I have several books in PDF format saved to my iTunes library. I have chosen to have them sync with the cloud and thus downloaded to my iOS devices. However, I am wondering if like the Amazon Kindle app can I choose which books to download and can I delete some from my iOS devices with the option to redownload them later?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3

Sorry Chris

I had no idea what I was talking about. So far my syncing has only occurred from iTunes to my iPhone through wifi or USB for PDF files. I want to know if iBooks has the capability to upload PDF to the cloud so I can download and delete files on the go like I can with the kindle app. If I can't do this with iBooks I'll be uploading all my digital content to amazon and saying goodbye to iBooks for reading pdfs.
