The laptop start after a while to get very hot & slow, after that I installed (iStat Menus) to see whts going on, I found out sometimes & out of no where the (kernal_task) go crazy to reach 150% and above -I saw it once @ 220%- I really don't know what to do or how to fix it,.

Please help with someting works, not like what I found when I searched google nothing but old things ..

In Lion and Mountain Lion, MacBooks may get unusual CPU loads because of kernel_task. The steps to fix it aren't easy, and you only have to do them at your own risk > http://www.rdoxenham.com/?p=259 Make a backup of your files before.

Respecting to hidden space, open  > About this Mac > More Info > Storage. If you see that Backups is taking a lot of space, that's what you are seeing as hidden space. See > http://pondini.org/TM/30.html
