Jul 22, 2013 7:05 AM in response to lllaassby jroman16,I tried most of those things you just said. Anyway, I forgot to tell you that I can't either power off or power on my Ipod. I reported my problem to Apple and it didn't work out. I also tried in another computer and I didn't get any results. Could you give another recommendation? Thanks anyway

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
