My iPod just froze up...

I plugged it up to my stereo and the wheel was scrolling and clicking, but then my selection wouldn't play? So I Hooked into my Mac and itunes saw it and synced it but after that it is completely unresponsive.. no wheel anything or buttons at all and the screen is stuck powered on? Plugging back into my Mac now it won't "see" the iPod or sync or anything... Is there any way to reboot this thing??

thanks,

Hello Jason,

I would be concerned too if my iPod was unresponsive. I found some articles you can use to resolve an issue like this.

I recommend starting with this tutorial:

iPod classic Troubleshooting Assistant

If you get to the step to restore your iPod classic, and it is not appearing in iTunes, I recommend reviewing this article:

iPod not appearing in iTunes
