Does Apple support Safari for Windows?
I know that the Safari for Windows is still at version 5 and on OS X it's at 6. Has Apple dropped support for Safari for Windows?

Apple has dropped Safari for Windows. Now, only Safari for Mac is being updated and supported. If you have a PC, I recommend you to install Chrome or another Internet browser
