Q: how do I return one song that I purchased to many times

I purchased the song "bad- by wale" & it wasn't showing up in my music library so I kept pressing buy- it turned out to be purchased way to many times I only want one copy of the song I tried refunding it but only one of them was refunded please help. thanks
