I dropped my iPhone 4s on the pavement resulting in a loud pop, and the front glass cracking, the display is working properly, what are the possiblities of repair.
iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1
It can probably be repaired.
Contact a company that does this and ask.
You can also buy an out of warranty repalcement from Apple.
Please remember that 3rd party modification will lead to all future repairs with Apple null and void!
Take your phone directly to Apple and not a 3rd party!

I could not find an apple service shop in Qatar. What shall I do?
Looks like you'll need to find a 3rd party repair shop to fix it. Keep in mind Apple will never provide service on that phone again, nor will you ever be eligible for an out of warranty exchange.
just replaced my front screen/digitizer... about $40
if you want to tackle this project, it is doable however I strongly recommend having the right tools (which some web stores offer them with a digitizer purchase). take your time and all should be good!
any repair shop you go to will obviously add on labor costs... so be prepared to pay close to if not more that $100.
Also, my local apple stores told me to pack sand, they would not do anything and wanted me to buy a new phone.
