Ios 6.1.3 continuous app crashing!!

Hi!

so i have an ipod 4G, that i recently updated to ios 6.1.3, the first time i got an error (21) i think, then i did a restore and update and it went smoothly.

i reinstalled all my apps, however, every single app i have crashed within 5-15 mins of use, sometimes less. every single one, including he built-in apps.

this is getting very frustrating and i cannot perform a reboot because i am on assistive touch.

My device is not jailbroken btw.

what. do. i. do?

Contact the developer/go to their support site if only one app.

it is not one app, it is every single app on my dashboard, thats 74+ apps, most of which are renowned apps, plus the built in os apps, i just tried a reset all settings, but i'll have to test it to see if it worked.
