So I published a skeleton book to the bookstore.
Now I need to know how to remove it from the bookstore, and haven't found directions. . .

That seems straightforward enough - my iBook hasn't shown up yet - but I think I get the idea.
I've tried this but it says Your request could not be processed. Any thoughts anyone?

This happened to me quite a lot. I talked to Apple direct and after a day or so it was fixed.
I got nowhere with emails and eventually spoke to someone at Apple last night. They said they were aware of the issue and that their engineers were working on it. Hey presto when I woke up this morning the issue had been fixed!
You joined an old thread... what is the problem you are having?
The thread title is removing a book from teh store... use iTunes Connect > Manage your Books and de-select all countries. It will be out of teh store usually within 24 hours.
