ipad wont work
i've been told that i have a motherboard problem in my ipad 2 so i'm wondering is it fixable ??😕

A motherboard problem would certainly not be as easy problem to fix. Nor would it be a cheap fix. It may be worth while to upgrade your iPad 2 to an iPad 4th Gen. or even an iPad Mini. You would certainly be happy with both of these options.
Or, if you are able to wait, the next generation of iPad should be announced soon, which may include a new iPad Mini and iPad w/ Retina display.
Unfortunately, it sounds like your poor iPad 2 is gone.
