my iphone stopped working i was able to backup the info to itunes.
i received a new phone came home attached the new phone to th epc and tried sending the backup to the new unit and it did not work. what happn
ened was that the new phone was backed up and sync the information from my documents to the new phone. the back up for the old phone still there but i do not know how to send it to the new phone. need help
