Keynote: imported graphics - muted colors

Hi all,

When I import graphics into Keynote 09 (v5.3), all the colors are muted. Bright red becomes washed out, bright yellow becomes mustard-colored, etc. I've experimented with different profile output from Photoshop's Save For Web -- embedding a color profile helps, but does not fix the problem.

And, I can only embed a color profile when exporting JPG from Save For Web. There's no embed option for PNG, and every PNG looks washed out and muted when I import into Keynote.

The same graphics look perfect in PowerPoint, Word, Preview -- basically Keynote is the problem, and I don't know how to address it.

Has anyone experienced this issue, or solved it?
