No sound when playing dvd on dvd player

I made a slideshow with a playlist, but when I put the dvd in the dvd player there is no sound. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Hi

Not sure but get's four thoughts

1. Audio from iTunes - use to give problems.

- I do collect all needed audio into a new PlayList in iTunes

- BURN this as a Standard Audio-CD (not .mp3 - only as .aiff)

- Use files on this CD in my photo/movie projects

2. SlideShow can only play one audio-file

- I merge all parts into one audio file (.aiff) by use of Audacity™ (free on Internet)

- Use this file in SlideShow projects

3. Share to MediaBrowser (when doing the SlideShow in iMovie)

AND AS ----> MEDIUM (or may be Large) NO OTHER Resolutions as Audio may be lost and Quality LOWER as iDVD do a bad job of Down Scaling.

4. I only use .aiff audio - all .mp3, .wmv etc I convert to this

Result - near to never any problem with Audio
