I have noticed my 3GS and now my 4S loses its sound after pairing with my 2012 Camry. It happens randomly and either fixes itself miraculously or I have to plug the headphones in several times to fix it. All my Bluetooth functions properly work when I'm in the car. And usually it unpairs just fine but I never know when it goes silent. I've flipped the switch, pushed every button, unset and reset it, updated, upgraded.

Update to previous post. I have turned blue tooth off for 6 days and lost sound after plugging in at night. Rules out the car I think, I see lots of cable suspicions but I'm not sure about that yet. Two phones and two cables? Not likely.
