Cancelled preorder, but it's still going to download?

Last month when the Selena Gomez CD went on Preorder, I preordered it. Two weeks ago, I decided to cancel the pre order. Well I was going to Itunes to download one song from it but it's saying it's already purchased. All of the songs are saying that. The album doesn't come out till midnight even though I know it's midnight in some places already. I cancelled it so why is it still downloading? I don't want to be charged for this music. I went to my account to cancel the pre order again but when I went this time, I had no tab for pre orders like normal. It wasn't there. What should I do?

And it does this on my Iphone and laptop

My songs arent downloading at all but it says i purchased them,

The entire album says purchased even though I cancelled the pre order and my money was never deducted... It doesnt show up in my purchased list and it doesnt show up anywhere other than in the store where it says i already purchased. I want to purchase the album but I cant because it claims ive already purchased it.

my promblem is quite opposite but nothing is helping me
