Is there a way for me to use itunes match with a newly downloaded itunes system on a different computer that does not have the previous files as my first time using itunes match?

I have an iphone 4 and am upgrading to an iphone 5. The computer that has my old itunes library and files is no longer available to me but I want to use itunes match and keep all my music. Can I download itunes on my new computer, install match, and transfer the music from my iphone 4 to my new computer in order to eventually transfer music to my iphone 5?

Hi,

Your music needs to be in your iTunes library before you can subscribe to match. If you have not previously subscribed to match, you will not be able to use match to add your music to the new computer.

If you no longer have the old computer, you will need to transfer your music from your iPhone to your new computer.

You will need TP app to help you do this.
