Logic remote on iPad correctly connected and all features and interactions work fine despite that moving sliders show no effect and audio sliders movement not even visible in Logic Pro X.

Do you have any other Control Surfaces setup? Try deleting those, and the current Logic Remote from the Control Surfaces setup, and reconnecting Logic Remote.
You can find the Control Surfaces setup window in Logic Pro X -> Control Surfaces -> Setup menu.

Moving sliders in Logic Remote are visible in LP X but no effects noticeable despite the master output.
