I don't see "Open in 32 bits mode" button. (at get info) Why not?
The problem started when trying to Rewire Reason 4 to Ableton Live 9.

Open > About this Mac, and tell me which OS X version you are running.
If it's 10.8, OS X Mountain Lion is a 64-bit operating system and hasn't got the option to use a 32-bit kernel. Also, it removed the option to open 64-bit apps in 32-bit mode
Its OS X 10.8.4
It's Mountain Lion. Unfortunately, you can't run apps in 32-bit mode if they are 64-bit apps because the "Open in 32 bits mode" box isn't available in Mountain Lion
So what should I do if I want to use Reason 4 and Ableton Live 9 in Rewire mode ? : (
If that option is only available in 32-bit mode, you have to go back to Snow Leopard or Lion and run those applications there. You can install Lion or Snow Leopard on a separate partition and keep Mountain Lion on the first one
Anothet option is to install a virtual machine and run Snow Leopard Server.
Snow Leopard server for use with the above. Call 1-800-692-7753 and order part number MC588Z/A. Cost is $19.99 + sales tax and shipping.
I don't think the OP wants a virtual machine for the apps he/she's going to use
Check if the vendor for these products offers a 64-bit solution compatible with current release of Mountain Lion. Stating OS X 10.6+ is no comfort.
