Q: Pre-ordered album and not able to download

I pre-ordered an album and not able to downlaod, I go to Itunes store it says purchased but when I go to purchased history it's not there, not under downloads argh not anywhere and it's really driving me crazy. Thanks in advance

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.4
