All my windows move to other monitor after waking from sleep...

😠 This is becoming extremely annoying. I recently updated to 10.6.8 from 6.7. Since the update, every time my computer goes to sleep and I come back and wake it, all my windows move to the primary monitor (the one with the task bar). Anyone have any idea why? I know an easy answer is to just not have the computer go to sleep but I would like to know if there is a reason this is happening. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
