I have a usb port in my Chevy Equinox. When i plug my iphone 4 into the usb port, the display in the car says "no files found". It still plays the music but when i go to press "ok" to erase that message or adjust any setting, the music shuts off and returns to the radio. My wife has the same phone and hers works just fine. Please help me to fix this problem.
