itunes blue screen issue

Hi.I have ipod shuffle and i'm using itunes to add new musics

and create new playlists. Last day I formatted my computer(vista 32 bit)

and installed programs I've been using for years and of course i installed

itunes too. But when i close itunes bluescreen appears and pc reboot.I have uninstalled

and re-installed Itunes,have updated graphics drivers but it didn't work.Please help.

I think I've just solved the problem. i tried to uninstall "apple mobile device support" on program add/remove and problem solved for me. Now itunes is working great and no bsod problem after closing it. Can you try uninstalling apple mobile device support. it may work for you. if it works please let me know.

Thank you maxmen so very much for your solution. It worked. I was using iTunes on my PC, it came up and said new version available. I installed it, played for a while and shutdown. Next day I turn on PC and BSOD. Most other solutions said delete ITunes. I did- still BSOD. Even went back to previous Windows restore checkpoint. still BSOD.

Finally I found this thread. Uninstalled Apple Mobile Device Support" and everything OK.


Sorry, I'd want to give you the 10 point "this solved my problem legend" but I can't figure out how to do that. Everything I click does nothing.
