Copy additional Logic Pro X Content without downloading it again?

I'm facing some difficulties using this script above, i created an "sh" file using the exact same name and script content and it never works and when i tried to copy the script content and paste it in Terminal, it worked at the first time, so i decided to make a copy of it on a text file to use again later but it didn't work again.

can you please help me out with that, cause it is a time and effort saving?

I found some content in direct download (see the description) but I still don't know if it's possible to install heavy packages on an external hard drive. I have a SSD 128Go for apps but I would all the ressources on another disk.
Anyone can help on this ?

I recently did this for Logic Pro X 10.0.1. All of the .pkg files that Logic downloads are located below. You can download them with a free download manager like iGetter:

Download all Additional Content .pkg Files

1. Copy all of the URLs below and save into a file, "LogicPackagesURLs.txt"
2. Install iGetter
3. In iGetter, select "File" => "Import URLs List"
   1. Select the file you just created, "LogicPackagesURLs.txt"
   2. Choose the location to store all of the .pkg files (for this tutorial, I used Downloads/LogicProXAdditionalContent)
4. Start the download of all the files (approx 36.6 GB)

Install the Additional Content .pkg Files

NOTE: This step can also be run immediately after you install logic before you run logic for the first time. That avoids the automatic 2 GB download of the initial content when Logic opens for the first time.

You have 2 options for installing all of the packages:

1. Easy Installation - Double-Click/Open each and every one of the .pkg files, enter your password, and click continue.
2. Advanced Installation - Create a script to run in Terminal that automatically installs every downloaded package for you.

Advanced Installation

NOTE: I ran the script below when the .pkg files were located on the same hard drive to which I was installing them. Not sure how it will work if located on an external drive—I never tested it :/

1. In the folder into which you downloaded all of the .pkg files, create a new text file called "installAllPackages.sh" and paste the following script into it

   do
             if [ ! -f "$f" ]; then

2. Open Terminal, navigate to the folder containing the .sh and .pkg files, and run the script file you just created
   

   $ cd Downloads/LogicProXAdditionalContent
   $ bash installAllPackages.sh

3. When script completes running in Terminal, quit and restart Logic.
4. Select drop-down "Logic Pro X" => "Download Additional Content". You should see all packages installed like my screenshot below

Hi. i am on lpx 10.0.7. in 10.0.5 they included some new content ( new drummer, and some other stuff ). will i be able to download that "new" content that came with 10.0.5, or these links include everything ?

Such a great list. No doubt a lot of hard work. With the release of Logic Pro X 10.1 it would seem that there is additional new content. I don't suppose you have an updated list relative to this content.

Seems to me too like the community needs a way to track these changes so we can keep an up to date download link list.

I can only assume there is an updated version of this plist that we need to obtain. With any luck only the name of the plist has changed and this part of the URL is the same (http://audiocontentdownload.apple.com/lp10_ms3_content_2013/). We would then just need to work out what the new packages are.
