I HAVE AN IPHONE4, I CHANGED MY PASSCODE BUT FORGOT WHAT IT WAS THE NEXT DAY, AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO UNLOCK MY PHONE BECAM DISABLED AND SAYING IPHONE DISABLED CONNECT TO ITUNES, HOWEVER MY PHONE ISNT SYNCED TO ITUNES NOR A COMPUTER, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT DO I DO AND HOW TO REGAIN ACCESS TO MY PHONE?

You will have to put your phone into recovery mode and restore the phone as new. Since you don't have a back up, you will lose all the data on your phone but you will be able to use it again.

Since you've never synced or backed up, you'll have to restore the device, wiping everything on it. Try Recovery Mode... http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
