my itunes won't play my tv show that used to play?

i am trying to watch season 5 of 90210 and it was working perfectly fine earlier today. but when my computer died and i turned it back on it said that it couldn't play it because it has to be played on a computer that supports HD or something like that (i told it not to show it to me again so i forget exactly what it said). I don't understand why it's doing this because i was watching it all yesterday and today up until now. i even updated my itunes.

When i try to play it, the play button goes to the pause button and then quickly goes back to the play button and the screen is black.

whats going on and how can i get it to play? and if it's not going to play can i get a refund cause i only got up to the 13th episode out of 23

Hello bianca729

I would check to make sure you can download the show again. If you can, then delete the show and download the TV show again. If it still not working, then report the issue with the download with the other article below.
