Why havent i got access to xcode 4 when I paid for it?

I have just rolled back my mac book pro to snowleopard due to performance being unbareable on mountain lion. Now I discover that I cant install xcode 4 on snowleopard because apple on see to like supporting their software on anything but their latest hardware/OS versions. I bought xcode 4 when it first came out and apple was charging for it so surely I have some rights to access to what I had paid for. Can I get a refund or can you please make it availible to me. I know theres at least a couple of versions that where compatible with snowleopard.

Thanks

Brian

When Xcode 4 was released, Apple said that it was only supported on Lion and Mountain Lion, not Snow Leopard.

All purchases you do at the App Store are final purchases, so you won't get a refund, more when you used the app. Anyway, you can try this > http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact

Download Xcode 3 at the Developer site when it's working
