Q: I can't download music

Can you explain what you have tried to do.  You get music onto your phone by purchasing or by syncing with iTunes and not downloading

sign out of itunes store and back in

test your internet connection by going to appleid.apple.com

go to app store make free app download to test

if that work try music

is it free or paid - does it work if not what errors do you get

As an aside your profile needs changing. An ip3g cannot be running iOS 6.1.4.  The latest is 4.2.1 for that phone

If none of the above is any help, and you're having trouble downloading songs from the iTunes store over 3G service, try the following:

Settings/iTunes & App Stores/Use Cellular Data/ --> ON
