Yours is DVI. The 6800 GPU has dual-link DVI, not the 5200.
DVI-I = integrated DVI. It supports both digital (IE HDMI, DVI-D) and analog (IE DVI-A, VGA) connections, and will automatically choose between the appropriate interface depending on the connected display.

That's not correct if you have the 5200 GPU you said you have. It only supports DVI and ADC.
But his GPU does not have a DVI-I port. It's a 5200 GPU and supports only DVI and ADC according to specs.

There is one that fits your port on the GPU. I think, however, that Apple supported the ADC port.
Then you could get an ADC to DVI adaptor to use with whatever the monitor required.
