iTunes help!
I downloaded an app I had on my previous phone. It keeps saying cant connect to the iTunes Store. How do I fix that? I'm trying to purchase something on an app I've used many times before on my old phone.

have you tried deleting the app then readding that app?
Is your new phone signed into the same iTunes account ID you used on your old phone to purchase that app?
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > tap ID > sign out (even if appears correct) > sign in again with correct ID and credit card info.
Yes I did delete it and readded it and it didn't work. Still says contact iTunes support and cannot connect to iTunes store
I did that too and it still says the same thing. I don't know what's wrong... I reentered everything and its still saying "your purchase cannot be completed for assistance contact iTunes support. Cannot connect to iTunes Store."

Still?? You didn't mention that before. What happened when you contacted iTunes support as instructed?
Well it gives me a website address but when I typed that in it didn't send me directly to where I needed to go to contact anyone. I don't know where to go... So I found this question thing and asked on here.
Best suggestion then from here would be to call 1-800-my apple to try and get some support.
