I downloaded an app I had on my previous phone. It keeps saying cant connect to the iTunes Store. How do I fix that? I'm trying to purchase something on an app I've used many times before on my old phone.
I did that too and it still says the same thing. I don't know what's wrong... I reentered everything and its still saying "your purchase cannot be completed for assistance contact iTunes support. Cannot connect to iTunes Store."
Well it gives me a website address but when I typed that in it didn't send me directly to where I needed to go to contact anyone. I don't know where to go... So I found this question thing and asked on here.
