How can I redo my security questions if I don't have my e-mail and I did like a hundred time?

It's been so long that I have an old Ipod, and weeks ago, I bought a new Ipod5 and when I want to buy an app, they ask me my security questions...

when and why they start this??? It's been so long that I can't even remember.

So I decided to reset it... but If I forgot, they'll(APPLE STORE SITE) give me the e-mail.............

what the ****? I did this a HUNDRED times and it doesn't work. DO SOMETHING, I WANT TO BUY SOME GAMES IN MY IPOD!!!
