I have been dealing with an issue in the iTunes Connect Resolution Center. Submitting messages to them through that tool has been working during the outage until I attempted to submit a response today. I am now getting a 'java.lang.NullPointerException' when I attempt to submit a response. I get the error in Firefox as well as Safari.
Is everyone else having this issue? Is it safe to assume that this is a result of the developer portal being down?

Yes I also encountered this bug on their Resolution Center web site. Any one also has this problem. This should bw fixed ahead. We have our deadline on submiting our apps for our initial app launch.

Likewise on PCs and Macs - only received the email today asking me to submit feeback via this route
