i live in Puerto Rico, my problem is that iTunes has told me today by email and iTunes app that my music pre order is available for download today, but i can't download the album.

Can somebody maybe help me? i Pre-Ordered the new album of soulja boy "King Soulja 3" and I received an Email yesterday saying that my Pre-Order was available. so i pressed the link that was provided but nothing happened.

Is there maybe someone that can help me with this??
