Can't find AU instruments in Logic X?

I know this should be in I/O, the AU instruments scan fine in AU manager and have successfully validated, but for some reason it does not appear in the library for Software Instruments. I'm missing all my 3rd party apps that are 64 bit, such as Omnisphere and Maschine.

Does anyone know how I can get them again? They're all working fine in Logic 9.
