There is none. No 3rd party apps can block SMS which is a carrier feature.

You should talk to your carrier about blocking.

Could you please elaborate on creating the contact entry. I am in India, so the US solutions won't work.

NOTE: I am going to use American English. If you are using your iPhone with a different language, you will have to translate 🙂

Launch "Contacts" on your iPhone.

Create a "New" contact (tap the + button when in "All Contacts")

Give the new contact a name such as SPAM. I used the "Company" field as SPAM.

Enter the phone number that is sending SMS SPAM.

If multiple phone numbers sending SMS SPAM, then keep adding those phone numbers to the same contact. You have a lot of phone numbers associated with the same contact.

If you are getting SPAM iMessages, you can enter the offending email addresses to this same contact.

Scroll down, and under "Text tone", change "Default" to "None"

Change "Vibrate" to "None"

If you are also getting SPAM phone calls, add their phone numbers to this same contact. However, to make the phone calls silent you have to get a Silent ring tone and use iTunes on your Mac or PC to insteal the silent ring tone on your iPhone. Use Google to search for "Silent Ring Tone" and you will find free silent ring tones along with instructions for getting it onto your iPhone.

Once you have a silent ring tone, you can update the same SPAM contact, changing "Ringtone" to your new Silent Ring Tone, and "Vibrate" to "None".

Now anytime you get a SPAM SMS, SPAM iMessage, SPAM phone call, you update your SPAM contact adding the offending phone number or email address to the contact.

NOTE: This will not make the SPAM go away, it will just keep your iPhone from making noise disturbing you. If you pay for SMS and phone calls received, this will most likely be counted by your cellular phone carrier. The only way to make them really go away is to get your cellular carrier to block the SPAM SMS and SPAM phone calls. Adding the SPAM contact just cuts down on your day to day annoyance.
