I can't send photos via messaging, keeps saying failure to any number. Can't anyone help?

Do you have cellular data enabled? I was having this issue recently and found I had turned cellular data off completely in my settings. The issue resolved when I reenabled it.

I'm having a similar problem with sending MMS messages to non iPhone users only, is that they went go through and appears the same error message. Could it be Straight Talk that's the problem? Please help!
