Q: why am i having trouble downloading videos on ipod

im having trouble downloading videos that i purchased on my ipod touch what happens if i reset the settings on my ipod will i lose everything

Media is not afected.
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

What exactly happens when yot try to download videos?
What do you mean by download? Purchase from iTunes on the iPod?

i resetted all settings and im still not able to do it and yes i purchased them from itunes onto my ipod i forgot to mention they are on my computer though i never had this trouble before

when i tried to sync those videos my hard drive got really full and now i lost some songs now that i downloaded
