Q: hi there, how can I report my stolen iPhone? I've reported it to the police aleady, but need also a confirmation from apple.

Hi There,

 

I was wondering how can I report my stolen phone? My iphone was stolen in France over a month ago and I've reported to the police straight away. I've got French police report, but my Travel Insurance requires confirmation from apple store.

I have been using a French sim card while abroad so it is pointless contacting my mobile provider.

    Sorry, there is no way to report any lost/stolen products to Apple.

    About what? The fact that you purchased the phone? If so, call AppleCare.
