File Permissions

Immidiate after Installation OS X Server 2.2.1 kills all my file permissions on 10.8.4. I didn't have access to my Users dirrectory and all other disk. Also Finder didn't run. And I had ReportCrash of launchd/kerneltask. It cast me $100 for diagnistic and fix in Apple Servise Center. After that I do installation this Utility second time and all reapeat again but this time I repair permissions by myself. This Utility 2.2.1 is real peace of... windows. All of you do nowadays is real sh**.
