I have some music on my iPhone that is also stored in the cloud. I want to leave the music in the cloud, but remove it from my iPhone. How do I do this?

Swipe across the tracks and tap DELETE.

Are you talking about on the phone? This did not work at all for me. Perhaps this is because the solution was offered before iOS7, to which I just now converted. Not a fan yet.
I would love an answer to this. I don't think the delete function works anymore in IOS 7. Once music has been added to my iTouch via the cloud, there is no clear way to delete it. It doesn't show up in iTunes and there is no delete function on the device. Frustrating.
