Sort by artist, rather than album?

Is it possible to change the sorting options while the iPod Touch is held horizontally in the music app?

Specifically, I am looking to change it from "Artist > Album" to just "Artist," and if possible, do it in such a way that selecting one would take me to the entire collection of said artist.
