How do you delete texts and emails for searchlight??? Have over 600+ emails in it, phone is very slow

I have done that, but when syc I get everything back, then I delete my mailbox and it fills searchlight
Then you're restoring from a backup. Restore as NEW. Don't use backup at all when you reset up your device.
How do you get your contacts back
Are you not using your phone as designed? Contacts are stored in a cloud service on on your computer in Outloook, Address Book, etc.
