iPhone 3GS panic we are hanging here

Yesterday i was using my iPhone 3GS and it froze and then started to come back on but instead it stuck on a screen with lots of words and numbers on it & it says at the bottom "Panic we are hanging here". I've spent hours searching the internet for a fix... nothing. I've tried restoring it, i connect it to itunes in DFU mode.... it starts ro restore and then the phones screen goes black and it disconnects from the computer and the screen that says "Panic we are hanging here" pops up again! I don't know what to do, nothing is working, its stressing me out to the max. Please somebody help me! Thank You!!
