No mattere what I do, previous owner's information pops up from time to time on my Macbook air, like when I tried setting of FileZilla. How do I clear all the old owner's info?

I work with FILEZILLA every day, its easy. OPEN FILEZILLA, click EDIT at top, then CLEAR PERSONAL DATA 😉
You can also go into APPLICATIONS folder in finder, and drap Filezilla into the trash and delete it, and download another copy, its a FREE program anyway, so, should take you less than 5 Mins, if you want to go that route.
