New Macbook old name

Hello, i recently purchased aused Macbook and I'd like to know if I can change the name on the "house" icon folder to reflect mine. The person I bought it from installed the OS and used his name, i was able to change the user name to my name but the little house inside the "users" folder still has his name assigned. Is there a way to change that name? I have a feeling there isn't but it's worth a try.
