When I receive a PDF Document thru Mail which needs to be printed, the font and format is way too small it can't be read!
Are their settings I can change, any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is either the PDF doc itself that has the text so small or for some reason it is being reduced, Shrunk, when printing. In the print dialog make sure that it is being printer at 100%.
If you are using Preview, the built in Apple App that handles all kinds of things, I'm not sure as I rarley if ever use that program for anything.
Open the attachment in Preview and print it.
if pdf is set to open using preview by default, save the file locally and rightclick and openwith Adobe reader. Also, check using print priview
