Constant beeps says there is a memory-related issue. Try reversing your existing memory cards, and if that doesn't work, try booting with one in each socket. If that doesn't work find someone with known working memory to substitute it, or take your system to an Apple store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Typically, this warns of a memory problem - bad module or defective slot.
