Hey guys,
I am having a problem with the right side of the screen of my iphone 4S , the area is about 1 cm on the right side, its across the edges.
due to this problem I can not use some of the letters on the keyboard ( P, Ñ, and the backspace key), i cant even open the camera,
when my iphone is locked.
I changed the screen and it doesn't work, I restored the phone too, but to no avail.
I hope someone can help me on this issue.

You've done some excellent troubleshooting already. At this point, I would conclude that it is a hardware issue and you should take it in for service.
Thanks Apple club support, but currently in the area i reside, there is no Apple support coverage ( as there is no Apple store) in the country.
So I don't know what to do next.
I'm pretty certain you have a hardware issue, you're going to have to find some way to get it serviced. Maybe that means taking it to an Apple authorized service provider, or sending it to a friend or family member who lives in an area with Apple support.
