Why I can't updated iOS 4.2.1 to iOS 4.3 or later

I follow the instructions, but nothing happens.. Helppppp

iPhone 3G, iOS 4.2

Hi Maraazul,

The iPhone 3G is not compatible with any version later than iOS 4.2.1.
